OPERATIONS (MANAGEMENT)
Oversees and manages the operational and financial aspects of the Friends of Life Unleashed
community. This role combines strategic planning with practical implementation, ensuring the smooth
functioning of community activities.
The welcoming and supportive managers of the Friends of Life Unleashed community, guiding
efforts to bring Linda and Adam’s vision to life. Oversees and coordinates community activities,
initiatives, and partnerships, supporting the growth and positive impact of Life Unleashed.
Responsible for volunteer recruitment, training and Coordination. Maintains volunteer records and
recognizes volunteer contributions. Develops and maintains and communication with volunteers and
Friends of Life Unleashed

ENROLLMENT
Plan/Execute virtual and in person intro events. Collaborate to recruit event enrollers. Train event
enrollers to promote and engage. Track results for each event. Liaise with the facilitator of the events
to ensure continuity.
Manage calls to schedule appointments for Life Unleashed intro events, 15-minute trainer
consultations with Adam, and meetings with influencers like counselors, coaches, and teachers. This
role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective
participants, their families, and community influencers.
Lead efforts to connect with local organizations, schools, and community groups to promote Life
Unleashed programs. Develop partnerships and increase program visibility.

COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Life Unleashed. Craft compelling messages
that resonate with target audiences.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and develop strategies to increase online
presence and engagement with the Life Unleashed community.
Maintain and update the database with new information regularly, including completing background
information on all potential clients, partners, and influencers and managing them in a sales or
customer contact database.

FUNDRAISING
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events to support Life Unleashed scholarships.
Develop strategies to engage donors and secure financial contributions.

Grants: Identify potential grant opportunities. Prepare and submit grant applications. Track grant
deadlines and manage submission timelines. Develop relationships with grant-making organizations.
Maintain and update the database with new information regularly, including completing background
information on all potential donors and influencers and managing them in a sales or customer
contact database.

TEEN AND FAMILY LIAISON
Coordinate with teen graduates of Life Unleashed to mentor new participants and parents, offering
guidance and support. Develop a supportive network for teens to connect and grow.
Foster relationships with Life Unleashed alumni and parents to maintain their involvement and
support. Develop programs to engage alumni in mentorship and fundraising efforts.
Promote volunteer opportunities to teens in cooperation with the Marketing, Enrollment, Fundraising
and Operations arms of the Friends of Life Unleashed.
